The credit card had a huge spanking yesterday. Turns out my original boots were too small all along. Not only did I get some new boots & spangly Flow bindings, but I even got these super-dooper insole things. It takes over half an hour for these things to be made for your feet, but I was promised that with these insoles my fomerly broken toe would give me no more grief, and I'd get no more numbness and swelling. Thankfully, they worked! I'm so happy...

am: Group lesson. After a warm up we went right to the top of the 'Aiguille Rouge' (3226m) and boarded the 7Km all the way down to Villaroger (1200m), mainly on black & red runs. Was pretty good, although it seems that I have collided with almost everybody in the entire group :-)
